The conference takes place on 15–17 October 2025 at University of the Arts Helsinki Sörnäinen campus, in the Kookos building (Theatre Academy). The street address is Haapaniemenkatu 6, 00530 Helsinki. The site is close to the Hakaniemi/Hagnäs metro station and only 2 km from the central railway station. Dr Marko Jouste, Associate Professor of Saami Culture, University lecturer in Sámi Cultural Studies and developer of the Saami Culture Archive at the University of Oulu.
